This is the cafe area. You can look down at the pool from those windows

Next to the cafe is the arcade area

Open style party room next to the arcade

The pool isn't large but it was comfortable and my kids loved swimming there. One thing happened that was kind of strange. A bunch of kids were playing with pool noodles.  My friend's daughter went over there to get one and the life guard told her no. I asked him why and he said they are for adult aerobics. I said but there's no sign on it and everyone else has them out. He said he is sorry that he's asked management to put a sign on the bin and he understands that it's confusing but those are the rules. She was upset about that and my daughter (who is almost 6) was too short for the slide so she was bummed about that. Otherwise though it's a very nice facility.

Church of the Shepherd Community Playground, St. Charles

Location: 1601 Woodstone Dr., St. Charles, MO 63304

Website: https://churchoftheshepherd.com/

Playground Ground Cover: Rubber mats

This church just built a great playground and they want everyone to use it! There is a fence around it so it's contained and the view is amazing.

They have that moving balance beam that is so fun!

They have a spinning ball and a dome climber

There are lots of slides and pretend boards

The picnic benches are in the full sun and if you need a bathroom you'd have to go inside when the building is unlocked.

This is a very toddler friendly playground with steering wheels and maze boards and being inside a fence. Also there are no swings.

Basketball court

The second section of the park is in the Ed Bales area. It's just a short drive down Main St. from the first area.

They have a playstructure for littles and one for kids over 5. The smaller one includes 3 different slides, a small bridge, and some climbable half circles.

The big playstructure has a huge 3 story slide so it's def not toddler friendly. There are wire climbers, several slides, a rock wall, a bridge, and various bars and poles.

 Spinning climber

They have 3 sling swings, a modified expression swing, a baby swing, and an adaptive swing.

Both of these playgrounds are huge improvements over the old ones. Check them out soon!
