Brendan’s Playground at Westhoff Park, O’Fallon MO

Location: 699 Sheppard Dr, O Fallon, MO 63366

Website:  https://www.ofallon.mo.us/westhoff-park

Playground ground cover:  Rubber mats & poured rubber

The newest and coolest playground at Westhoff is Brendan's playground. This bug-themed, all-inclusive playground includes sling swings, toddler swings, ADA accessible swings, 2 saucer swings, a splash pad, playground instruments, and fully ramped special slides that are safe for those with cochlear implants.  There are benches, picnic tables, and a restroom outside the play area. It is in full sun but there are several “umbrellas” covering areas throughout the play areas.  The play structures have wheelchair-accessible ramps to enter and exit the play structures and the entire play area is fenced in.  One of the play structures is designed for 2-5-year-olds and the other ones are for 5-12 year-olds.

The splash pad has several pop jets that spray water. There used to be 4 bugs but all that's left is one bumble bee.
