The Armory STL, St. Louis City

Location: 3660 Market St., St. Louis, MO 63110

Website: https://www.armorystl.com/

The Armory is an old building (1938) that has new life as of late 2022. It's considered the biggest bar in town, but it has lots of fun for kids as well (during the day). There is no entry fee you just pay for whatever food and drink you want. These are the kid-friendly activities:

  • Spinning basket chairs that hang from the ceiling
  • Oversized teeter totter
  • Ping pong
  • Badminton
  • 2-story tube slide
  • Oversized chess and checkers
  • Foosball
  • Putting greens
  • Cornhole
  • Horseshoes
  • Jenga
  • Snookball (lifesized pool played with soccer balls)
  • Skee-ball
  • Several video games

It's super fun to spin around in these chairs!

Beer pong

There are 6 bars but not all of them are staffed at all times.

Lots of comfy seating around

The huge 62-foot stage for live entertainment with big screen in the back.

They have a decent-sized menu, but not all options are available on the weekend, so check with them about what they are serving when you are there. I ordered a Philly steak and cheese press but they told me they weren't making them that day. I was super bummed and ordered the garlic parmesan wings instead. They surprised me and made it for me anyway and didn't charge me! They were both delish!

Mango Cart yum!

Snookball

Lots of bleacher seating upstairs

This is a life-sized beer pong game but ok for kids to play cause it's just throwing a big ball and trying to get it in a trash can.

There is no charge for parking, and they have a huge lot right outside the door. Beware because apparently, cars have been getting broken into here.
