Florissant redid this playground in 2021. It is a huge improvement over the old one. It has 2 separate play structures, one for bigs and one for littles. The John F. Kennedy Community Center is located here and they have a ton of great events throughout the year.
The new splash pad is amazing! One of the best in North County for sure. It's completely enclosed with a fence and has a large variety of sprayers and jets.
The new playground is right next to the splash pad. They also redid the restrooms. The smaller play structure has slides, drums, speakers, a small bridge, and pretend window.
There are 4 sling swings and 2 baby swings
There is a free-standing boulder and an old-school merry-go-round.
The large play structure has a bridge, chain climber, rock wall, slides, tic-tac-toe board, monkey bars, and lots of bars and poles.
There are several game tables scattered around the outside of the playground.
