Creve Coeur Park, Maryland Heights

Location: 2143 Creve Coeur Mill Rd, St. Louis, MO 63146

Amenities: playgrounds (4), tennis courts, picnic shelters, lake, sprayground, trails, restrooms

Playground ground cover: poured rubber

The website says there are 4 playgrounds located here, but one is just swings, so only 3 have play equipment. I'm going to break down exactly where the playgrounds are because I always get lost in here!

Playground #1 on the map is just swings. I didn't bother driving down there for just swings so here's photos from the website. To get to this area you enter the park at Marine Ave at 141 and it's down by the lake.

Playground #2 is located at the end of Streetcar Dr. off Dorsett. The playground has 2 regular swings and 2 baby swings. There is a toddler play structure and one for older children. There are tic tac toe boards, climbing walls, small tunnels, pretend storefronts, slides, and lots of bars and poles. This playground also has a sprayground located in the middle of the 2 play structures, and is on from noon to 8 pm, Monday thru Friday. This area is nice and shaded!

The bucket dumps water out every few seconds

Restroom building nearby

Playground #3 is also located off Streetcar Dr, and is over by the Go Ape! offices. When you see the ballfields on your right go left. There's no street sign so here's a photo so you can find it.
This is another great playground, with a water pole but it's only on weekends and holidays.

The playground has a tunnel, huge rockwall, spiderweb climber, metal slide, triple slide, pretend storefront, stepping stones (one's missing with a cone covering it), and lots of poles and bars.
This location is sunnier and has restrooms closeby.

Playground #4 is at the Greensfelder Memorial Shelter. To get there from Streetcar Dr, go right out of the park onto Dorsett, make a right onto Marine, and hang a left when you see a sign for the Greensfelder Memorial Shelter.

There are 2 baby swings and 2 sling swings.

There is a playstructure for littles and one for big kids. The smaller one  has 2 slides, a tic tac toe board, a small tunnel, a steering wheel, and a pretend storefront.

That shelter is awesome! It was built in the 50's. I love that mid century modern look.

The bigger structure has these floating steps, 2 slides, a rock wall, and lots of bars and poles.

 Lovely view
