Website: https://www.littlesloftplaycafe.com/

Little’s Loft is a community-centered play cafĂ© where parents can spend quality time with their kids, connect with friends over coffee, build a community with other families, and celebrate special occasions. Enjoy our fresh menu featuring La Cosecha Coffee, fresh-baked,  and seasonally-inspired specials.

This indoor play cafe opened in 2026, and it is super cute. In addition to open play, they offer parties, classes, and more. I love the natural wooden feel of everything here, and the coffee is great. Don't forget socks! Everyone needs them!

Open-play sessions are available in two durations: 60 minutes and 90 minutes. Sessions begin at the time you reserve online. walk-in play sessions start when you enter the playspace.

Playspace admission is $11 for 60 minutes & $15 for 90 minutes. Infants aged 0-6 months do not require admission unless they are the sole child entering the playspace. Guest Fee: One adult may accompany each child free of charge at all times.

Playground ground cover: Poured Rubber

Kirkwood Park is huge. It has many amenities and the playground is worth a visit.

The older kid's playground is large at Kirkwood Park. There are multiple slides and places to climb,  3 sling swings, an ADA swing, sit and spins, a huge boulder to climb, hand-over-hand rings, and more. There is a metal slide that can be used for kids with a cochlear implant. There is also a spray fountain near this playground. It's just a pole but little ones enjoy it.

The saucer swing has been missing for a while now....since at least Sept 2017.
I wish they would replace it!

 Drums

The bathroom building between the 2 playgrounds has a Tropical Moose Shaved Ice window. It's seasonal though so it's only open in the summer.  A very nice feature for a park though!

The little kid's playground has a play structure that has several slides, a tunnel, a rock wall, and lots of bars and poles. Also in this area are 2 baby swings, a sandbox, a small playhouse, 4 drums, and 2 rocking animals.

An elevated table filled with sand and pebbles

During the summer water comes out of this black pole, which the kids love incorporating into their sand play. So bring buckets and sand toys!

The spray pole, adjacent to the playground, is on from Memorial through Labor Day

Walker Lake is gorgeous and stocked with bluegill, catfish, and largemouth bass.

The amphitheater is a short walk from the playground.
