Holiday Night Lights, Wentzville

Location: 2577 W. Meyer Rd., Wentzville, MO 63385

Website: https://www.wentzvillemo.gov/programs_and_activities/holiday_night_lights.php

The annual Wentzville Holiday Night Lights display at Rotary Park opens on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Enjoy a one-mile light display that features large illuminated commercial scenes and 2 tunnels of twinkling lights. This holiday display is a great way to experience the magic and joy of the season close to home. It is open 5:30-9:30 p.m. nightly.  It is $10 per vehicle holding up to six passengers and $1 per additional person after the sixth. On Saturdays, guests can enjoy a visit with Santa inside the Kolb Building. You may purchase your tickets at the Drive-Thru or prior to your visit.

The 12 days of Christmas scene was very long and set far back from the road so it was hard to photograph.

This light display is different than most of the others in that it's just lighted scenes and no strands hanging from trees like at Santa's Magical Kingdom or Tilles Winter Wonderland. It took about 20 minutes to go through and there was very little traffic. One downside is that it's far out in Wentzville but on the plus side it's the cheapest of all the light displays at only $10 per car.

Sycamore Farm, Wentzville

Location: 638 W. Hwy N, Wentzville, MO 63385

Website: https://www.facebook.com/sycamorefarmpumpkinpatch/

This place is brand new and just opened in 2019. I think they need to iron out their pricing because the website says $10 per person but when we went the board said $12 per person.

I recommend the wrist band for $20 per person because then everything is included. If you just do $12 per child then pony rides, inflatables, barrel train, and animal feed are all extra and not included in that price.

Cute area with cutouts, picnic tables, and small bonfire.

To enter you go into this building where you must pay and then you can go out to the fun. They also sell some season toys and food in here.

They have a small petting zoo with a sweet horse, cow, turkey, chickens, pig, and some goats.

They don't have a real patch but they do have pumpkins for sale

Pedal tractor course

Straw maze you must crawl through

Barrel train

Bounce houses

Tire swing

Small playground with slide and swings

Zoo area

Small cute non scary corn maze!

No chance of getting lost in here so we loved it

Pony rides

Corn bin

Kona ice truck selling sno cones

This turkey was funny, he went into the pedal car track and was chasing the kids.

Yummy food for sale

This place is new and cute, but the prices are pretty steep. There are other pumpkin patches that have free playgrounds that include most of the same things for free. We had fun but we def can't come out here very often with those prices.
