Edmundson Park is located adjacent to the police department.  This is a small municipality in north county close to the airport. It is worth the drive though, especially for the splash pad and fitness stations.

A lot of people look for a splash pad that isn't on concrete. This fits the bill!

It's great because of the variety of pop jets, cannons, and sprayers that it has.

If you live in North County (or even if you don't!) you won't be disappointed with this playground and splash pad! The restrooms are right there and clean as well. 

Another cool feature of this park is a very extensive fitness trail with instructions at each station.
