Website: http://stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/parks/parks/view-park.cfm?parkID=3&parkName=Francis%20Park

Playground ground cover: poured rubber and wood chips

The park is in the St. Louis Hills area, in south St. Louis City. It is generally thought to be a nice and safe area of the city. The grass was a bit overgrown on the day I was there, but the park is generally well kept. Ted Drewes (on Chippewa) is only a few blocks away. There are both baby swings and sling swings, spring toys and play structures for toddlers and school-aged kids with slides.

Thank you to Anne at kidsactionphotos.com for the review and photos.
