Pierce Century Farm, Hillsboro

Location: 6085 Butcher Branch Rd., Hillsboro, MO 63050

Website: https://www.piercecenturyfarm.com/

This farm has been in operation since 1826. Now 5 generations later Ben Pierce and his family work the 226-acre farm. They have cows for beef, eggs, an orchard, a pumpkin patch, and garden-fresh produce. Entry for fall farm days is $9 per person and includes a hayride, the corn maze, and a pumpkin from the patch.  The day we went was a special event and it was $10 per person, and they had a man carving wood with a chainsaw, a corn bin, temp tattoos, foam pumpkin deco kits, and yard games.

Pin Oak Farms, New Haven

Location: 2430 Highway E., New Haven, MO 63068

Website: http://pinoakfarms.com/

This is a true farm with a pumpkin patch. Most of their activities are free, some cost. Every weekend in October come out for the following fall fun:

Free- Small petting zoo (one enclosure with some sheep and goats), bunnies, slide into a corn bin, play structure with slides, tic tac toe pumpkin tables, 5 acre corn maze, and very long awesome tractor ride.

Kiddie Corale- Costs $7.50 per child and includes 3 inflatables and some pedal tractors.

This tractor ride was the best one we've ever been on. It was super long, winding through fields, a creek, and next to a 5 acre corn maze. It stops at the patch and you can either disembark to go in the patch or stay on and head back to the farm.

They had bunnies for sale and my kids loved holding them!

Snack shack and port a potties

Cute photo ops

This entertained my kids the longest. They had a blast playing in here.

This place is pretty small but with the tractor ride we had an enjoyable couple hours.
