9 Mile Garden is a family-focused entertainment district and home to Missouri’s first food truck garden ™. Bring your friends, kids, dogs, and out-of-town guests to the only place you’ll find a feast of everyone’s favorite local food and drinks alongside outdoor movies, live music and performances, community events and more.
“9 Mile” comes from the days before streets had names or road markers, where landmarks were named for their distance from the courthouse or city center. Our food truck garden is situated approximately nine miles from St. Louis’ Old Courthouse.
This is the inside of the Canteen. Located within the garden, The Canteen @ 9 Mile Garden is a modern drafthouse offering a wide selection of draft beer from the best of local and national breweries alongside a rotating selection of draft wines, cocktails, and cold brew coffee on tap.
Pull up a seat at one of the oversize communal tables alongside your friends, family, and neighbors to enjoy an evening of fun. The 4,500-square-foot bar is the perfect place to watch today’s game, plus there’s a huge selection of free games to play, weekly live music events at the garden, craft beer tap takeovers, and theme nights.
Right outside the front doors, you’ll find outdoor games such as bags, washers, pickleball, and more. A large patio with plenty of seating overlooks the grounds at 9 Mile Garden. Grab a seat to watch the action, or take your drinks from the bar and visit any part of the garden you like.
