This was formerly called Splash City. This is a large, outdoor water park with something for all ages. When you enter the facility the first pool you see is the leisure pool. This pool starts at zero entry and goes 3 feet deep at the lily pad walk and the slides. The children's water playground has sprays and a slide.  There is a kiddie pool for the littlest swimmers (or sunbathing mothers as evident in my photos below!)

Lily Pad Walk and 2 Water Slides

The small lap pool is 3 feet 6 inches to a deeper depth (9 feet). There are steps into the pool and a rope designating the drop-off to the deeper section.  You can try to climb the Aquawall, it's harder than it looks!

The Monsoon Mountain interactive water playground has 5 slides, from a small one for little kids to 2 big ones in the back. The 4 other slides are true water slides. Three are enclosed slides and the fourth is an open slide.

This thing is as big if not bigger than the one at Hurricane Harbor, and it's fun in there! My kids would not leave.

You are not allowed to bring in any inflatables (but they do allow life jackets and have a rack full of life jackets to borrow while at the pool). You also cannot bring in any outside food OR drink (including water, unless it is in a factory-sealed clear bottle). You can bring in an empty water bottle and fill it from their water fountains inside the facility though. They did search my bag before entering.

My overall impression was that this was a great place, but a bit on the pricey side. It was $59 for me and my 2 kids. When we went to the Chesterfield Aquatic Center a few weeks ago it was only a little over $20 for the 3 of us ($9 per person). We were over here in Illinois for a specific reason but I wouldn't make the trip over here just for this park. The kids did say that Monsoon Mountain was amazing and they loved the lazy river. So they gave this place 2 big thumbs up!
