This is a little neighborhood pocket park. It has just one play structure and that's it. It would be perfect for toddlers! It has a steering wheel, 2 slides, and some monkey bars. Also note there are NO restrooms here. Lots of shade here too!

This is a very small playground.  It has a bridge, a few slides, a rocking turtle, a tic-tac-toe board, monkey bars, and some poles.

The playground may be closed because it's enclosed in orange fencing.

There aren't any restrooms here, but the rec plex is a short walk away.

Next to the playground is a skate park.

Awesome bench!

Mooney Park, University City

Location: 5 Vanderbilt, University City, MO 63130 (Bounded by Jackson and Vanderbilt Aves)

Website: http://www.ucitymo.org/105/Parks

Playground Ground Cover: Poured Rubber

From the website:

"The park was originally named Jackson Park (after the street to its west) and forms part of the greenspace in University City's original Education Mall that extends from Delmar to a traffic circle in front of the Jackson Park School (now an elementary school) and University City High School. Since the elementary school's name has not changed, many continue to refer to this park by its original name."

This is a great little playground with lots of street parking. It's partially fenced in and is all inclusive. It has 2 saucer swings, an adaptive swing, 2 baby swings, and 2 sling swings. There are several spinning things and a really cute fire truck play structure.

My kids loved this fire truck play structure!
