McDonnell is a nice open park with a 1.33-mile fitness trail, 2 playgrounds, and numerous spots to picnic. The first playground is in the first circle drive right inside the park. It has 3 large slides and a climbing wall. There's a small toddler section with a tunnel and a climbing slide.

There is a rock wall, small tunnel, bridge, maze board, and stepping stones.

Pavilion, restrooms, and sand volleyball court.

Part of the fitness trail

The second playground is toward the back of the park. The play structure is more for older kids, and has only 1 slide but lots of ladders and stuff to climb on. There are swings near by with 4 sling swings and 2 baby swings. There's also a sand volleyball court in this area of the park.

The website says they only have one playground but i don't know why they say that because they very clearly have 2. They are circled in red on the map:

The southwest playground is right by a nice pavilion with restrooms.

I don't know what this bouncing tire thing is called but my kids love it!

There is just one play structure, but it's large. It has a bridge, several slides, a rock wall, and lots of bars and poles. It is best suited for kids over 5 because of it's height.

The other playground is also for big kids and has even more options.

There are 4 sling swings and 2 baby swings.

There are 5 different slides, a bridge, a rock wall, a tic tac toe board, and tons of bars and poles.

Livingston-Wright Park, St. Ann

Location: At the corner of Livingston and Wright Aves, St. Ann, MO 63074

Website: http://www.stannmo.org/256/Parks

Playground Ground Cover: Pea Gravel

This playground was my least favorite of all the St. Ann parks. There are 4 sling swings and no baby swings. There are no restrooms here either. There are 2 slides and some bars and poles. The structure is kind of small and there were some sketchy men hanging out there at the small pavilion.

Mary Ridge Park, St. Ann

Location: Bounded by Eastridge and Westridge Lns, St. Ann, MO 63074

Website: http://www.stannmo.org/256/Parks

Playground Ground Cover: Wood Chips

This park is 3 acres, and has 1 ball diamond, 1 BBQ Grill, 1 comfort station, 1 horseshoe pit, 1 pavilion, and a nice playground.

I was impressed with almost all of St. Ann's playgrounds. They may not be the latest and greatest equipment, but they're large and there's a ton of things to do on them. Most of the playgrounds could use more wood chips, but besides that they're in good condition.  This park is quiet and peaceful and would be a good place for a gathering.

Restrooms, pavilion, and BBQ pit are all close and in good shape.

There are 3 sling swings and 2 baby swings.

The playground is down the hill.

It's just one huge structure. It has a bouncy step, monkey bars, climbing panels, multiple different slides, bridge, tunnels, pretend storefront, and lots of bars and poles.
