Playground ground cover: Poured rubber

This is one of my favorite parks. It is shaded in summer and a great sledding hill for winter. The playground features a three-story structure with multiple slides, monkey bars, climbing ladders, and bridges. There is a toddler area set to the side, as well as a huge climbing rock and one of the spidery-rope-type structures. Swings are nearby and include big kid and baby swings. The park includes nearby ball fields and a pool during the summer months. This is a very large and busy park.

The playground was updated with new 100% Missouri Recycled Scrap Tire surfacing and a new climbing net has been completed and reopened to the public on May 4, 2018.

Thies Farm, St. Charles

Location: 3200 Greens Bottom Rd., St. Charles, MO 63303

This location is part of Thies Farm and Greenhouses which is with the North Hanley location (the Maryland Heights location is the Thies Farm and Market and is a separate entity). New for 2019 they opened Pumpkinland. It's much smaller than the other 2 locations but costs less at $4 per child vs. $6.75. Included in this is a really cute mini golf area, the straw play area, and a corn maze. They also have a miniature train layout in the greenhouse.

This is not a true pumpkin patch but you can get pumpkins here and have some fall fun.

The market has a lot of cute things for sale

Really cute mini golf area complete with Stanley Cup.

Indoor corn maze!

I think this place is best suited for toddlers, I don't think there's enough here to keep big kids entertained.
