Tilles Park in St. Louis City (not to be confused with the Tilles Park in St. Louis County) is a great playground and a pretty large one too. There is equipment for the bigger kids and also a smaller area for the little guys. There are actually 5 play structures, some of those bouncy spring toys, tennis and racquetball courts nearby, as well as a skate rink and basketball courts as well. Also right next to the playground is a covered picnic area and bathrooms. There is no changing station, however. My kids love this park because there is so much to do.

Why the same name as the county park? The land which is now Tilles County Park was donated by Andrew (“Cap”) Tilles in 1932 for use as a public playground for the children of St. Louis City and the County. At the time of the donation, the City of St. Louis owned the land. St. Louis County bought the 58.8-acre park at McKnight and Litzsinger Roads from the City of St. Louis in 1957. The City of St. Louis then used those funds derived from the sale of the Tilles park to acquire and develop the 20-acre Rosalie Tilles Park at Hampton and Fyler Avenue. It was dedicated in 1961.

In 2016 they added a splash pad, workout area, and pavilion.

Timbers of Eureka Pool, Eureka

Location: 1 Coffey Park Ln, Eureka, MO 63025

Website: https://www.eureka.mo.us/449/Super-Splashers

The Timbers of Eureka pool offers a kiddie play structure, a current channel (lazy river), a lap pool with a diving board, and a water slide (must be 40″ tall). During tot time only the kiddie area is open.

Tot Time is for kids aged 5 and under and it costs $4 for each non-resident child, adults are free.

As you can see they have zero entry which is great for the little guys. They also have jets at the shallow end and "water umbrellas" as my kids call them.

The open flume slide has a lot of stairs!
