Bridgeton Municipal Athletic Complex (BMAC)

Playground ground cover: Wood Chips

The Bridgeton Municipal Athletic Complex (BMAC) is a great facility for sporting events. The playground was redone in late 2020. It's huge and has a ton of features including a modified merry-go-round, spinning seat, a rock wall, several very cool tube slides, and some unique climbing features. 

Next to the playground is this huge covered pavilion with restrooms and a concession stand. 

There are 2 sling swings, an expression swing, and an adaptive swing.

The back part of the playground is open to the ball fields, but it's fenced in by the parking lot. 

Greenwood Park, Maplewood

Playground Ground Cover: Poured Rubber and Wood Chips

This is a small neighborhood pocket park. It's completely enclosed with a fence and gate. There is one baby swing and one sling swing. There is one play structure and it's older but in good condition. It has several slides, a tunnel, a rock wall, rolling log, and lots of bars and poles.  There's also a cool little digger thing that can dig up the dirt and mulch.  There are no restrooms and parking is on the street. 

Kellogg Park, Maplewood

Playground ground cover: Pea Gravel

This is a very small little playground perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. There is a restroom building and a small pavilion with a few picnic tables. There is lots of flat grass nearby to run on and the dog park is right across the field. There are 2 play structures mostly designed for climbing.
