Location: Bounded by California, Shenandoah, Ohio, and Victor, St. Louis City, MO 63104
Playground Ground Cover: Poured Rubber, wood chips
The playground itself isn't anything spectacular but this playground is noteworthy for the splash pad. There are only about 70 splash pads in the entire metro area compared to the many hundreds of parks and playgrounds that exist. Of the 70, only 20 are in the city. Also out of the 20, 8 are just poles that shoot water out of the top. So really there are not that many that have a variety of features that shower, spray, mist, or shoot water. This one has lots of variety!
The playground has 2 sling swings and 2 baby swings, bridges, slides, a rock wall, and climbers. I did not look in the bathrooms but they look very old from the outside.
This spins around but I couldn't tell if the top was broken off or what that is supposed to be sticking up.
Here is the splash pad, which is on from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
