Musick Park is great for multi-age kids. The playground is large and has some great features. There is one huge play structure and a stand-alone spider-webbed climber. The play structure has mazes, rock walls, ramps, various slides, several tunnels, tic tac toe boards, steering wheels, and lots of bars and poles.
Restroom building
Cool old dino climber
There are 2 baby swings and 2 sling swings
Big boulder
Exercise equipment area
Large covered pavilion next to the playground
Tennis courts
Exercise equipment up by the splash pad
The splash pad area is completely enclosed but it's a bit of a walk from the playground.
I would not recommend going to this park~it is located very near the Hazelwood SLAPS site where radioactive waste is stored, and has been since the 1940's. For your family's health and safety please research before going back here. Heed my advice...
ReplyDeleteReally? The landfill is nearly 8 miles away by highway.
ReplyDeleteThere is a radioactive waste site at McDonnell Blvd near Banshee.
