This is a very busy north county park. The playground was renovated in 2019 and 2020. There are 2 sling swings, 1 adaptive swing, and 1 expression swing. There are 2 huge play structures with all kinds of slides, bridges, monkey bars, and climbing things. There is also a boat that rocks. The pavilion and restrooms are close by as well. I think parking may be hard to come by in the summer because it's next to the aquatic center. My daughter really enjoyed playing here and watching the ducks on the lake. You can also fish in the lake and they have a lot of summer concerts at the bandstand.

Love rolley slides!

The lake is near the park where you can fish with proper permits. The lake is stocked with carp, trout, and catfish.

St. Louis Family Church Playground, Chesterfield

Location: 17458 Chesterfield Airport Rd., Chesterfield, MO 63005

Website: https://www.slfc.org/

Playground Ground Cover: Wood chips

This playground is on private property, but they encourage the community to use it. They have a sign posted that they welcome guests and every time I drive by it's empty. The address says Chesterfield Airport Road but the playground is in the back and is actually closer to Edison. This part of the Valley is loaded with fun venues including Upper Limits, Hi-NRGSky Zone, BounceU, Cheer Legendz, and Little Fishes.

The playground isn't anything amazing, but it's colorful and has some fun activities. The smaller play structure has some slides, a small bridge, a tic-tac-toe board, and some bars and poles. The larger play structure has slides, a bubble window, a maze board, a bridge, some spinning bars, and lots of bars and poles. There is also a modified teeter totter and a stand-alone rock wall. There are no restrooms here but there are picnic tables and benches scattered around.

Hunter Park, Crystal Lake Park

Location: 2301 Putter Ln, St. Louis, MO 63131

Website: https://www.crystallakepark.org/

Playground Ground Cover:  Poured rubber

This playground was completed in December 2015. This is a pocket park located in a tiny suburb that I never knew existed called Crystal Lake Park. Population is 470!

The playground is great. It has 2 play structures. The smaller one has a roller slide, a picnic table under the triple slide, a ladder, and gears to turn.

The larger one has a zipline, rock wall, spider web climber, and slide.

There are benches and 2 metal picnic tables. There are 2 sling swings, a baby swing, and an adaptive swing. There are no restrooms or drinking fountains.  It's a quiet dead-end residential street and parking is on the right side of the street.

The splash pad is right next to the playground.

The splash pad was completed in 2020. It is small but such a great addition to the park!
